Make it a toddler adventure to remember at Heatherton!
If the sun is shining and you don't fancy another play date at soft play, how about an exciting little outdoor adventure for you, your toddler and your pals?
Whilst many of our activities are aimed at 3 years and above, we have some wonderful fun up our sleeves for pre-schoolers....just perfect for term time when the park is quieter and 'big kids' are at school!
'Over the road' (via our safe underpass) is our Heatherton Play Zone where you'll find a number of fun activities suitable for toddlers.....some of which are totally FREE! Not to mention plenty of grassy spots for a picnic and a safe space to let your little ones run wild!
And don't forget, if you've got a four-legged friend, you can even bring them along to try out our amazing Dog Agility Arena.
Merlin's Medieval Adventure Playground
Our fabulous medieval-themed playground is completely FREE and it always keeps my toddler entertained for hours! With a two-storey wooden castle to explore as well as swings, a wobbly bridge, balance beam, stepping stones and seesaw, there's plenty to keep them active and entertained.
They can even have a go at pulling the sword from the stone to see if they're the next King Arthur!
Giant Jumping Pillows
Kids of all ages just love our Giant Jumping Pillows - they're like a cross between a bouncy castle and a trampoline and they offer hilarious, energetic fun!
Suitable from 2 years old and above, they offer fantastic fun for both toddlers and parents....not to mention a great workout!
Our jumping pillows are just 1 credit per person (find out about our credit passes here).
Mini Sand Diggers & Giant Board Games
Little ones adore 'excavating' the sand pit in our free mini diggers, right next to Merlin's playground and a few paces from our jumping pillows.
You'll also find a selection of giant board games painted on the ground including snakes and ladders and a mystic maze to get little imaginations going!
And lastly...coffee and cake!
After expending all that energy, what could be better than coffee, cake and a catch up with friends?
With a selection of yummy treats, hot drinks and meals and plenty of highchairs, our Coffee Shop and Craft Shack Cafe offer the perfect post-play destination.
Or take away and enjoy a picnic on one of our many grassy areas or outdoor dining areas!
