We're super excited to announce our BRAND NEW Dragon Slide opens on Saturday 25th May 2019 here at Heatherton - just in time for an epic May half term holiday!
Our new Dragon Slide is known as a 'tubing' or 'tubby' slide and it's a twist on traditional snow tubing.....without the need for snow!
You'll zoom down our expertly crafted track made with special 'slippery' matting, similar to a dry ski slope.....all in a giant tube and at top speeds!
Our main slide has thrilling parabolic turns and specially-placed braking mats to create a safe yet exhilarating ride experience.
In the words of Swedice, creators of our Dragon Slide, "The parabolic turns turned out to be very sharp indeed and will definitely ensure some adrenaline!"
We're also delighted to have a shorter, gentler slide so our younger visitors don't have to miss out on the action.
We even have a 'magic carpet' to transport you and your tube back to the Dragon's Lair at the top.....leaving all your energy for sliding!
Our thrilling main tubing slide is suitable for adventure-seekers aged 6 years and over, while our shorter, gentler slide is suitable from 4 years old.
For your own safety we do have a small number of important restrictions for the Dragon Slide:
(There is no height restriction for the smaller slide - only age).
Nope, simply purchase your credit passes at reception (or buy your passes online in advance for a 10% discount), follow signs for the new Dragon Slide and get ready to FLY!
Don't forget our NEW Junior Tree Tops Trail and NEW Asylum Escape Room also await you this half term, together with more than 30 exciting activities ranging from bumper boats and high-speed go karts to Walk on Water and Adventure Golf!
